TORONTO, Nov. 20 /CNW/ - The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have set their 40-man roster by adding LHP RICKY ROMERO, RHP ROBERT RAY & LHP LUIS PEREZ from their minor league system. INF LUIS SANCHEZ has been outrighted to Las Vegas (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League and LHP LES WALROND was removed from the roster, as his contract will be purchased by a Japanese club.
