MedcomSoft Sells Medworks 4.0 Customer Portfolio to HTN

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 20, 2008) - MedcomSoft Inc. (TSX:MSF)(MedcomSoft) and HTN Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HET)(HTN) announced today that HTN has acquired MedcomSoft's portfolio of Canadian-based customers using its Medworks 4.0 account billing software for approximately $85,000. In addition, HTN has agreed to provide ongoing maintenance and support to these customers.
